The last episode of Jane The Virgin dealt a lot with dealing with criticism from others and from yourself. A bad review set Jane spiraling, but she learned how to take criticism constructively and grow from it. Hopefully, she will get her writing groove back soon because I’m so sick of seeing her struggle. Rogelio finally realized he’s exhausting to be around and can be A LOT, the understatement of the year.
Jane and Rogelio finally told their family that they were dating, no one was surprised. Having a serious relationship brought up old memories of Michael for Jane. Any time Michael is brought up be prepared to cry and for Jane to grow as a human being before your eyes. And JR and Petra finally hooked up.
The episode ended with Xiomara’s doctor finding a lump in her breast hinting that she has breast cancer.
