There’s no paternity leave when you’re a rapper apparently. Travis Scott is being sued for not showing up at a performance during Super Bowl weekend. The concert was supposed to happen only two days after Stormi Webster, his daughter with Kylie Jenner was born.

According to People, the lawsuit was filed by PJAM, an entertainment events company, on March 20. In the lawsuit, it says Scott, whose legal name is Jacques Webster, contractually agreed to perform at Myth Live nightclub on February 3 the day before the Super Bowl. Myth Live is located in Minnesota just outside of Minneapolis where this year’s Super Bowl was held.

Scott didn’t show up to perform at the nightclub, thus breaking his contract. Fans are assuming he broke his contract because his daughter Stormi was just born two days earlier.

He signed the contract on January 24 and was paid $150,000 in advance, which he hasn’t paid back according to the lawsuit. In addition to being paid beforehand, his booking agent received $10,000 and a private jet was booked for Scott. The contract states that Scott was to receive a total of $200,000.

The lawsuit was obtained by The Blast and it states that Scott “refused to show up to the event” claiming weather reasons, not disclosing that Kylie has just given birth. The Blast notes that Scott performed at Marquee Nightclub in Las Vegas the night he was supposed to be performing at Myth Live.

PJAM says that they have suffered “significant damages” because of Scott’s absence. They lost a serious amount of money due to Scott’s fee, his agent’s fee, travel accommodations, advertising the event, leasing the venue and hiring the staff.

They are requesting a jury trial and asking for all damages to be covered. Yikes! Scott should have put a clause in his contract stating he can miss the event if a last-minute life event occurred.
