This month kicks off the press tour for Avengers: Infinity War. You might be thinking, what the heck is Infinity War? Well pull up a chair and sit down, because I’m going to educate you. It’s okay if you get confused because I was too until I understood it.
First and foremost, Infinity War is apart of the MCU movies, and every film from the MCU has been leading up to this. I have found this handy list from the INDEPENDENT in the UK. I advise you if you have a lot of time on your hands, watch that and if you have a significant other who’s into Marvel? Watch it.
The Infinity War press tour has kicked off with their stars all over the globe. Stars Chris Pratt, Mark Ruffalo and one of the directors, Joe Russo, attended the premieres of the film in Brazil and Mexico. It was announced last week that the fans will only have a sneak peek of the movie since most people tend to spoil movies by accident of course. We’re not looking at Mark Ruffalo, Tom Holland, and Sebastian Stan who are the biggest secret revealers. To be fair, they’ve been excited for everyone to see this movie and we would be spilling information about these epics too.
Speaking of Tom Holland and Sebastian Stan, they were seen in London, promoting Infinity War at a fan event with the god of mischief himself, Tom Hiddleston.
Sebastian Stan, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Letitia Wright, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland and the directors, The Russo Brothers attended the London premiere as well.
As you can see, the stars were met with cosplayers of their own character and held a Q&A session with the stars as well. The Stars even spoke out about which cast member they were excited to meet and Wright, who plays Shrui in the film, admitted that she would love to see her character wearing the Black Panther suit in her stand-alone movie.
‘I think she should put on the suit with her brother. It will be the sickest thing ever, call it a day. Just do it. I think it will be cool.’ She told Metro Entertainment, referring to Chadwick Boseman’s titular character. Wright, 24, admitted it was great to see ‘everyone together’ and confessed that Hulk’s Mark Ruffalo was her favorite person on set. ‘He was just cool. He was just fun to talk to all the time. He was fun on set.’
Not only Wright’s and Ruffalo’s friendship started, but Tom Holland also revealed at the event that he has a sweet bromance going on with Star-Lord himself, Chris Pratt. He told Metro Entertainment that, ‘I got on well with Chris Pratt on this one. He is hilarious. He’s such a sweet guy. The way he navigates around set and the way he treats everyone is a role-model for me. And we have been very close. He was in London the other day, and I took him out for a drink. It was lovely to catch-up, and he’s a great guy.’
You heard it first, not only Pratt is adorable with his son, but he is genuinely a down-to-earth kind of guy.
Avengers: Infinity War arrives in cinemas on April 27th.
