NINE-NINE!

If you watched last week, then you know that Jake & Amy had their Bachelor/ette Party and how much they partied Nine-Nine style. If you didn’t watch it, what are you doing with your life?

The episode opened up with Jake, Holt, Terry, and Charles in the debriefing room and Charles revealed that he had made fanny packs ten years ago. Talk about making sure he’s on the ball on the planning, which all of you guys can learn something from him.  Honestly, if it wasn’t for Charles, who would it be? He brings the awkward tension and the five to every party.

I mean, look at him doing the Single Ladies Dance, talk about comedic genius.

Getting back to the episode. The camera pans to Amy’s apartment where she thanks her best friend Kylie for organizing her bachelorette party and she also thanks Gina & Rosa for coming, it wouldn’t be a Nine-Nine Bachelorette without the three of them together.

Then it was revealed that Hitchcock and Scully are also at the bachelorette party because Amy lost a bet with Jake. To be honest, it makes things more amazing because why wouldn’t you want Hitchcock and Scully at your party?

The girls are playing Never-Ever-I had, which is a common drinking game which sometimes puts people in hot water if you play it right. Rosa points out that they have been playing nine rounds of it, and Amy still hasn’t even taken a drink once. Rosa brings up something that everyone who has seen a bunch of people do after a Marvel movie, which leaves during the credits and Amy still hasn’t taken a drink. It reveals that Amy has had a one night stand with someone in a band. Then Kylie told Amy that she told Jake that Amy really liked that band from Kylie’s wedding so Jake booked it. Can someone smell trouble? ‘Cause shit is about to go down.

While Amy has a meltdown, the guys approached an abandoned warehouse and Terry makes a point about not doing anything that you’re supposed to do at a bachelor party, in which Holt chimes in that his husband turned him on. In which Terry replies, I’m hungry and he wants steaks & whiskey, which to be fair, he has a point.  Then the limo that showed up earlier reappears and Charles is kidnapped, which he tells the guys that they will see him in six hours.  The guy spends 93 minutes trying to figure out the clue, in which Terry suggests them to skip the clues and go and find some food. Not wanting to spend hours attempting it, Jake, Holt, and Terry go to a restaurant instead and try skipping to the end of the hunt only to suffer the consequences.

Back at Amy’s Bachelorette party, she and the bridesmaids try to cancel the band’s appearance by showing up where the lead singer is at.  It turns out that Amy and the lead singer, dated for three months.
