‘Jersey Shore’ Stars Reignite Drama After Baby Birth

A star of MTV’s Jersey Shore continues to battle with their ex in a war of words after the birth of their first baby together.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro shared a cute-as-a-button photo of his sleeping daughter, Ariana Sky, on his Instagram story on May 4 in response to some not-so-nice comments posted by his ex-girlfriend Jen Harley on social media.

In the photo, the one-month-old is sleeping. For an even cuter image, Ronnie added an adorable cat filter to her photo and four heart emojis.

The pic was posted after Ronnie’s ex-Jen Harley, slammed him on Instagram after the latest episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation aired on May 3.

The couple split on April 30.

Ronnie and Jen lobbied verbal attacks at one another on social media after their split, with cheating accusations as the primary complaint.

A source told Us Weekly that prior to the episode’s air, the couple was trying to work out their relationship for the sake of their child.

“They are on speaking terms and things are better than anyone could ever expect a couple days [after their split],” the insider told Us.

“They have to be in order to co-parent. Ronnie’s main priority is his daughter and that’s all he is concerned about at the moment – that she’s in the best situation.”

After the episode aired, Jen took to Instagram to air some not-so-nice comments about Ronnie.

In the episode, Ron dealt with the fallout of his actions after a drunken night led him to cheat on his then-pregnant girlfriend.

“Don’t allow someone who talks to you in a snobby, condescending, rude manner get to you or intimidate you,” said the quote posted to Jen’s Instagram Story.

“That is a sign of an insecure person trying to appear superior to you. Arrogance and condescension is always a sign of weakness.”

In turn, Ron took to his own Instagram story and penned the following message.

“We all pray for signs and help,” he wrote.

“Sometimes we are blinded by what we want instead of what’s real” and “always signs.”

Following the couple’s split, Ronnie released the following statement after he and Jen engaged in a war of words on social media.

“I want to apologize to my family, friends and fans. This is a private matter that should have never been made public. I remain focused on my daughter and she is my number one priority,” he stated to Us Weekly on April 30.

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation airs Thursdays on MTV.
