Now that it’s summer your Instagram feed is going to be littered with picturesque travel photos. If you didn’t save up for a killer summer vacation this year, don’t worry. Visa is going to send one lucky person and their friend on a week-long trip to either Thailand or Spain.
The Visa Cashless Challenge: International Travel Edition is planning two Instagrammable trips to Thailand and Spain. The Thailand itinerary will be curated by Arden Cho while the Spain trip will be planned by the Vaga Brothers, Alex and Marko Ayling. The winner will have to pick only one trip though.
“I chose Thailand for its rich culture, gorgeous beaches and delicious food,” said Cho in the press release.
“Thailand has always been one of my dream vacations. Besides the fact that it’s so beautiful and one of my good friends is from there, I am all about self-care,” Cho explained to Cosmopolitan. “I wanted to pick an itinerary that was wellness-focused, giving the winner a chance to meditate, get a massage, and do yoga in one of the most gorgeous places on earth”

You’ll be in Bangkok, Phuket and then the Phi Phi islands for this week-long self-care vacay.
The Spain trip is more adventurous compared to the Thailand excursion. “Of all the incredible places we’ve explored, Basque Country has a special place in our hearts,” said The Vagabrothers. The trip will start in Bilbao, then go to Lost Valleys, Vitroia-Gastiez, The Basque Coast, San Sebastian and then Madrid. Expect a lot of bike riding, hiking and taking in the views.

The winner will be traveling cash-free and be relying solely on their Visa. According to Visa’s Global Travel Study, 72% of travelers exchange cash into foreign currencies before their trip, but only 29% of them convert the foreign change back if they have any leftover. That’s an average of $123 a trip that goes unused.
You can apply by submitting a two-minute video explaining why you love to travel and your social media skills. You must submit a video by June 15. The winner will get to take a plus-one on one of these amazing trips.
