Who doesn’t love going to a fun themed bar? And to top it all off you’ll be able to get Insta pics for days. The reason we are such huge fans of pop-up bars is that we’re constantly looking for experiences and Instagram-able moments. Event though pop-up bars aren’t permanent, the time constraint is part of what makes pop-ups so exciting. Themed pop-ups stretch the imagination and satisfy our appetite for entertainment. A pink paradise is taking over the Manhattan skies. The weekly pop-up features a curated menu of rosé by the glass ($12-$20 per glass), featuring all shades of pink wine from the Finger Lakes to Provence, as well as a snacks, dinner and dessert menu pairing with everyone’s favorite summer drink. The pop-up will run through August so you’ll have all summer to check out this must-see pop-up.
Mad Hatter’s: G&T Party

A mad tea party comes to Brooklyn this month, and it’s as wild as you’d expect. Starting on Friday, May 25, an “Alice In Wonderland”-themed pop-up will invite visitors aboard a stationary double-decker bus for a two-hour cocktail-mixing experience featuring characters from the classic Lewis Carroll children’s book and British tea-time snacks.
Participants will rotate around the table, stopping at several different stations to make one Victorian alchemy-inspired cocktail at each, with assistance from a Mad Hatter impersonator, or another Wonderland weirdo. The drinks will come in bright colors with accents like smoking dry ice and foam.
