If you went to sleep early last night, you might have missed one of the most riveting stories in weeks. Of course, I’m talking about the Minnesota raccoon who scaled an entire skyscraper.
Late Tuesday night, a mysterious raccoon began to climb a 25-floor building for no apparent reason.

His ascent immediately captivated people in both Minnesota and across the globe. The raccoon earned the nickname MPR Raccoon because the Minnesota Public Radio stopped everything to report his journey.
The raccoon’s adventure began Tuesday afternoon when he first began to scale the building. Some people inside the skyscraper took pictures and videos to commemorate the moment.

Fortunately and somewhat miraculously, the MPR raccoon successfully made it to the top of the building and is now awaiting his release to the wild. He was greeted on the 25th floor with cat food.

The nation breathed a collective sigh of relief late Tuesday night as the MPR raccoon managed to successfully scale a 25-foot building. Not only is he extremely cute, but his perseverance and bravery can serve as inspiration for all of us too!
