The Bachelorette‘s “Men Tell All” episode is going to be missing some drama.

Chris Harrison confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that Lincoln Adim will not be on the show that invites back Becca Kufrin’s eliminated suitors — he wasn’t even invited to come on. You see, after filming ended, Lincoln was convicted of indecent assault and battery, stemming from a 2016 incident in Boston where he groped and assaulted a woman on a harbor cruise.

“I did not want him here nor did he deserve to earn the right to be here. He forfeited that right obviously with what he did, and lying to us and deceiving everybody,” everyone’s favorite host explained. “So no, I’m very glad that he was not here and he was not extended an invitation.”

Also not appearing? Garrett Yrigoyen, who is now a top-two finalist heading into the show’s Aug. 6 finale. Garrett came under fire after it was discovered he had double tapped some not-so-nice things on Instagram. It’s normal for the guys still competing not to appear on the “Men Tell All.”

Guess The Bachelorette is ignoring the real issues in favor of model Jordan’s feud with chicken David. Sad.

But Harrison doesn’t think it’s fair to compare Garrett’s situation with Lincoln’s.

“I have spoken to Garrett. And one thing I do wanna clear up too is that Garrett and Lincoln should not be in the same sentence,” he told ET. “Garrett did something that you don’t agree with, or that a lot of people don’t agree with. And that’s fine, that is your prerogative, and it might be mine too. That’s not against the law. What Lincoln did was against the law, very different.”

Want to tune in? “Men Tell All” airs July 30 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
