On September 11, right before the finale and reunion of Bachelor In Paradise aired, the winner of the season Jenna Cooper was exposed saying her engagement to Jordan Kimball was fake and just to help bolster her business.

Jenna supposedly was dating guy before, during and after BiP. After BiP was done filming, her secret boyfriend wanted her to call off her engagement. Jenna, on the other hand, wanted to keep her engagement going to help her businesses but swears she doesn’t have feelings for Jordan and everything is fake. Reality Steve broke the news about Jenna’s ulterior motives.

After these text messages went viral Jordan called off his engagement with Jenna. They both posted messages on Instagram after this bombshell dropped.

Jenna is saying the texts are fake and she’s getting lawyers involved. “I have an attorney helping me investigate this hurtful and fraudulent attack on my character,” she wrote. “We are evaluating all legal remedies available to punish those responsible.”

Jordan wrote a somber message about how heartbroken he is. The model wrote, “I deal with unreasonable circumstances reasonably and have come to terms with a decision to remove myself from the relationship, it breaks my heart to think, feel and fall for this.”

To think, to feel, to fall. These emotions interact with experiences and people, when you find a person you think about them, you feel when they feel and sometimes you fall. When you’re in love with even the experiences you’ve had with them it’s something to respect. Being careless with someone that you give your heart to and reach milestones with isn’t sensible no matter what the terms may be. I have not had an easy life and having struggles allows me to grab onto tough times and discard them from my path. I deal with unreasonable circumstances reasonably and have come to terms with a decision to remove myself from the relationship, it breaks my heart to think, feel and fall for this. It’s dropped me. Fumbling emotions and being understanding is not easy. I’ll be taking time to pursue my inner peace and she will always have me to talk to, if you’ve reached out to me, allow me time. Thank you to those that have.

But the drama isn’t over! Jordan went on Reality Steve’s podcast to talk about the fallout over the text messages.

Jordan says that he forgives his former fiancèe.

“I feel like we went through a lot together, and we had a milestone in each other’s lives,” Jordan told Steve. “I gave her my heart. I thought she gave me hers, and I feel like we owe each other that closure, to see each other and talk in person.”

Even though Jordan wants closure that doesn’t mean he wants it right now. He told Steve that he “got played” and doesn’t want to “get fooled as well.” He said that Jenna swears those texts are fake and she’s going to prove it, but he doesn’t know how she will do it.

“I think it’s awful that she’s getting attacked by America right now,” Jordan said. “I don’t think anyone deserves that. But also, her initial reaction to all this makes me believe it’s true, and I also didn’t deserve to have the things said about me that were said.”

He went on to say that it “makes no sense that this could be someone framing her.”
