Reports stating there are multiple people killed in a shooting Thursday morning in business area in the Perryman area of Harford County, Maryland. The Harford County Sheriff’s Office is currently on the scene investigating and are urging civilians to avoid the areas. At 9:06 A.M. a report was received for shots fired at the Rite Aid distribution center. Assets were on scene within five minutes.
The shooting happened in the Liberty building, according to WBAL-TV 11 News.
Alexi Scharmann told WBAL-TV her mother works inside the Liberty building at the distribution center. She said her mother texted her that there was a shooter inside the building at 9:31 A.M. Her mother came out safely later and texted her again at 10:33 A.M.
Update (3:22 P.M.): The suspect has died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to Hartford County Sheriff.

Update (12:06 P.M.): According to Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler, the police is in the preliminary stage of this investigation. The suspect is in custody and in critical condition at a local hospital. The weapon used was identified as a single handgun. HCSO also confirmed that there are multiple wounded and multiple fatalities.
The sheriff declined to answer reporters’ questions, including how the suspect was injured according to CNN. No law enforcement officers fired shots during their response as the sheriff stated.

Update (11:32 A.M.): There is no shooting going on anymore. The shooter, female, is in hospital now, according to WBAL. The suspect’s name hasn’t been identified.
Update (11:24 A.M.): Three people killed and eight wounded in the shooting, according to The Associated Press.
Authorities they are reports of shots fired along the 1500 block of Perryman Roads, in the area of Spesutia Road, officials said.
According to the tweets from Harford Sheriff, at least three people shot with two shot in the head.

Reports saying Old Philadelphia Road has been slowed down during the incident and Perryman Road was closed. Church Creek ES and Spesutia Road were also on lockdown.
