On season 15, episode 11 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian was confessed to her friend Larsa Pippen that her husband, Kanye West wants to have more kids.
Larsa was telling Kim how great her kids are, to which Kim responded saying there might be more on the way.
“Kanye wants to have more, though. He’s been harassing me,” Kim told her friend. “He wants, like, seven. He’s, like, stuck on seven.”
Larsa thinks seven kids is an insane amount of offsprings. She suggests that Kanye should just name his next album Seven and be done with it and “lighten up on the kids situation.”
This scene was filmed a mere two months since the couple’s third child Chicago West was born. Their third and last child, Chicago, was born on January 15, 2018, through a gestational carrier.

Kim opted to use a gestational carrier for her third pregnancy because of her first two pregnancies. They caused lots of complications for Kim including preeclampsia. Her doctor told her that a third pregnancy could be life-threatening.
A week after her birth there were reports that Kim and Kanye were already trying for a fourth kid. At the time the Daily Mail reported that their carrier was willing to carry another baby for the family after Kim asked her a week after Chicago’s birth.

Kim denied these reports and called them “fake news.”
Then in August 2018 Us Weekly reported that Kim and Kanye only have one embryo left and it’s a boy. A source told the magazine that the couple plan on implanting the embryo “soon.”
Kim and Kanye’s other children are North West, 5, and Saint West, 3.
If Kanye wants seven kids, they’re going to have to get more embryos stat.

Kim and Kanye are expecting their fourth child via surrogacy.
