The Golden Globes are back for its 76th show and this year’s show is going to be a treat. The 2019 Golden Globes will be hosted by Killing Eve star Sandra Oh and Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor Andy Samberg.
The duo seems like an odd pairing, but they presented together during the Emmy’s and were a hit.
Unlike other award shows the Golden Globes awards both television and film, so expect all the stars to come out for the show. Not only will the even be star-studded but there will be a new Lifetime Award.
The 2019 Golden Globes will be the first to give out the Carol Burnett Award. The recipient will be given to its namesake, Carol Burnett. The lifetime achievement award is to counter the Cecil B. DeMille Award, which is for achievement in film. Jeff Bridges will be accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award this year.
Vice and The Favourite scored the most nominations, six and five respectively. While The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story got the most nominations for a TV show with four nominations. Check out all the nominees here.
