The Grammys 2019 Winners Allegedly Leaked & The Recording Academy Is Not Happy

The Grammys 2019 are a few weeks away but a leaked list of Grammy winners is circulating the internet. The tweet has since been deleted but the damage is already done. The Recording Academy has responded to the list saying it’s fake.

The original tweet reportedly had a video of the list from the Grammys website making it seem like the list was leaked directed right from the Grammys site.

“There is no legitimacy to this,” the Recording Academy spokesperson told Billboard. “Grammy Awards results are not shared, even with the Recording Academy staff members, until the day of the Grammy Awards ceremony, when names of the recipients are delivered by [accounting firm] Deloitte in sealed envelopes.”

Here are the supposed winners from the leaked list.

Record of the Year — “I Like It,” Cardi B, Bad Bunny and J Balvin
