After being used as a political bargaining chip during the Government Shutdown, the 2019 State of the Union address will finally be held tonight live from the House Chamber in the United States Capitol. Tonight will be Trump’s second State of the Union as President of the United States.
Many expect President Trump to discuss his still un-funded border wall, as that has been his major talking point over recent months. Despite this, the wall remains no closer to completion than it did two years ago.
