Kelly and Michael met in 2004, and she has described the encounter as “love at first sight”. The pair got married in 2006, and quickly had their one and only child, Jolie. In 2012, the relationship took a turn for the worse, and Kelly filed for divorce from Michael. The two remained legally separated for 2 years, and in 2014 they decided to give their love another shot for the sake of their daughter. This is when Kelly joined the crew as a Real Housewife, and viewers were given a glimpse into their tumultuous relationship. Despite trying to work things out, the pair officially called it quits in 2017, finalizing their divorce in February 2018. The mysterious Milkman finally made an appearance on the RHOC, revealing his true identity — Frank Acosta. Acosta was given the nickname by Dodd because of his grocery-delivery business, Manhatten Milk. Although things between the two seemed spicy on the RHOC, Dodd assured viewers that the relationship was nothing more than a little post-divorce fun.

Yet another post-divorce boy-toy that Dod brought onto the RHOC Rick Paicius. Paicius, who is a spine doctor accompanied Dodd and the rest of the cast on what was supposed to be a girls-night-out dinner, which turned into a major PDA session for Dodd and Paicius. The two made out at the dinner table with no signs of stopping, leaving the rest of the RHOC crew in shock. Despite the obvious chemistry shown between them, Paicius did not return for another appearance on the show, and the relationship did not go far.

It looks like Dodd might have a thing for doctors because her newest relationship is with a plastic surgeon, Brian Regan.
