‘Batwoman’ TV Show Cast: Meet Season 1 Full Cast & Photo

Now that Riverdale Season 3 is over, there’s a new Batwoman tv show is coming to CW Network this Fall that we can look forward to. Here is the list of top-notched stars who are set to join the latest stories of Gotham City:

Ruby Rose as Batwoman and Kate Kane and Batwoman

If you watch the Netflix hit series Orange Is the New Black, you probably remember Ruby Rose from her appearance in Season 3 where she played the character, Stella. She has also appeared in several action films such as Resident Evil: The Final Chapter and John Wick: Chapter 2. After being headlined as an LGBTQ superhero, Rose has recently spoken to Entertainment Weekly about the backlash she faced for identifying as a gender-fluid lesbian.

Meagan Tandy as Sophie Moore

Former Miss California USA, Teen Wolf Actress Meagan Tandy is set to play a high-level private security agent and Gotham’s loyal protector, Sophie Moore. Meagan is also known for playing Denzel Washington’s daughter Maya in 2010 film Unstoppable.

Camrus Johnson as Luke Fox

Camrus Johnson is one actor who has been in the cinematic superhero universe, except on the Marvel side of it. He previously played Torre in two episodes of Luke Cage. He also appeared on the romance film The Sun Is Also a Star that released this summer. Multi-talented Camrus has performed a Broadway stage for Gypsy of the Year with the cast of Cinderella and has been praised by Oprah Winfrey in her show Lovetown, USA, where she said, “The World needs more people like Camrus.” on her show Lovetown, USA.

Rachel Skarsten as Alice

Lost Girl and Reign tv show star, Rachel Skarsten is set to play Alice, the notorious enemy of Batwoman and the former high madame of the Religion of Crime in Gotham. In the comics, it was later revealed that Alice was Beth Kane, the dead (but revived) twin sister of Batwoman. Rachel is also no newcomer to badass roles in action films: She played Dinah Lance on the 2002 series Birds of Prey.

Nicole Kang as Mary Hamilton

There will be a lot of sister drama on this new iteration of Gotham, but Batwoman’s stepsister, Mary is supposed to be the most human character in the series, an activist who works for underprivileged people. Nicole Kang from the hit and super creepy Netflix series You will be the one to play this role.

Elizabeth Anweis as Catherine Hamilton-Kane

Now, graduating from sister drama to family drama, there will also be Catherine Hamilton-Kane, the bullheaded step-mother of Batwoman and mother of Mary, played by Elizabeth Anweis, a guest face in popular tv shows like Pretty Little Liars, Twin Peaks, and Grey’s Anatomy.

Dougray Scott as Jacob Kane

And now the father of Batwoman and Alice, Jacob Kane, who works extensively with military intelligence across the world, and provides the one-man command, control, and communication center to his daughter, Batwoman. (So basically he’s like an Alfred except he’s also the dad) This role is played by a very familiar face, Dougray Scott, best known as Prince Henry in Ever After, and also for his villainous role opposite Tom Cruise in  Mission Impossible 2, plus Hitman, Snatch and My Week with Marilyn.

As we wait for this cast to make entertainment headlines in Fall, here’s the trailer for upcoming Batwoman.
