This diet is one of the most effective weight-loss programs in the world. However, you will have to keep track of your points at the end of the day based on the snacks you eat throughout and the weight you want to reach be either in the short or long term.

It is not about eating healthy so you can lose weight for your upcoming friend’s wedding, it is losing or maintaining that weight, eating healthily. There are not off-limits meals. Instead, there numerous healthy snacks you can substitute a chocolate bar for. So, think before you eat. For better results, it is recommendable you follow this diet with at least 30 minutes of physical activity.
