The 5 Worst Candies To Get On Halloween

Halloween is that time of the year where we get excited to dress up in costumes and go out to ask for free candy. But such an exciting holiday can take a sharp twist very quickly.

The generous act of giving away free candy to kids you don’t know sometimes loses its benevolence when you are giving them terrible candies. Nobody wants to look at their Halloween bag and see that what they have been planning since September (or even earlier) failed tragically.

What makes or breaks Halloween is the candy that we received. Please abstain from purchasing the following treats this Halloween, for they will lead kids to despise you. If you happened to get these candies this Halloween, don’t worry. May the next Halloween bring bags full with king-size chocolate bars.

3 Musketeers

3 Musketeers brand is a manufacturer of chocolate products in the USA.

Is it me or the common destination for this chocolate is at the back of your fridge? The fun-size is minuscule and the quality pales in comparison to other chocolate bars.

This is that one chocolate treat that kids will leave at the bottom of their bags once they have eaten the good ones.

Banana Laffy Taffy

If banana-flavored candy is your thing, then you have found the right candy for you. But in reality, no one around me liked anything banana flavored.

It is beyond me the fact that Ferrara Candy Company, the makers of Laffy Taffy, launched a limited edition, banana-flavored only Laffy Taffy bag. Talk about upsetting news. Yikes!

Tootsie Roll

This the candy that will make a kid’s expression turn from excited into pure sadness. The most daring kids will look at you defiantly and ask in the most demanding tone ever “why?”

If you already bought this for Halloween, save yourself some embarrassment and purchase Nerds.

Cheap bubblegum

Traditional gumball machine is waiting for customers

It’s tasteless, it’s hard and the list goes on… Please don’t waste your money buying bags of cheap bubblegum unless you are purposely looking forward to be the asshole on the block.

This is another tasteless treat and the wackiest Halloween candy ever. Some people may like it, but I rarely see people craving this gumdrops either way.

As soon as kids get this on their Halloween bags, they will most likely try to trade it for their favorite candy bar.
