Open the folder that contains EML files.

Go to Windows Live Mail and create a new folder, ensure the windows are on one screen.

Drag & drop the EML files one by one from the Explorer window into Windows Live Mail.

Once fully exported, click on File then export email, and finally email messages.

Choose Microsoft Outlook then desired Outlook profile, and you will finally see Outlook in the background

Select the Windows Live Mail folder that contains all the EML files.

Click OK and Finish once the export is over.
