4. Make Time for Skincare

There are so many factors – from lack of sunlight to the ageing process and genetics – that can impact your skin. Make time to wash your face regularly and exfoliate and moisturise your skin even if you’re busy playing games for the whole day.

Making healthier choices while gaming, such as drinking more water, washing your face regularly, and choosing nutritious snacks can all help you to look after your health and appearance better.
