The Best Ghetto Translations Tweets

Ghetto Translations is better than urban dictionary. Instead of random scattered terms that you’re pretty sure you’ve never even heard of Ghetto Translations, chooses popular phrases from the colloquial idiom and let’s you know what is actually going on. As someone who grew up in the South Bronx (one of New York City’s many ghettos and most certainly one of the poorest), I can tell you that although these terms are quite common, I admittedly was never sure exactly what they meant. For the phrases that I am familiar with, I don’t think I would be quite so succinct and precise in defining them for other people.
