I regularly drink beer from a can. I’ve seen canned champagne (praise Jesus). And now my favorite classy beverage is getting the aluminum treatment — and I ain’t even mad.
The Union Wine Company, based out of Tualatin, Oregon, is taking two of their most popular wine varieties and making them available in 12 oz cans. Their Underwood Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir will be available in convenient pop-tops starting this spring, just in time for picnics on the quad and road trips to the coast. (Ahem, that’s not a drunk driving endorsement. Drink on the beach, not in the car.)
Both the Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir will be available in 4-packs for $24. Now I’m just impressed.
