Instagram dropped a new app called Hyperlapse that allows you to shoot time-lapsed videos. PC Mag describes time-lapse as, “Time-lapse is a technique where video is captured at a lower frame rate than normal, and then played back at a standard frame rate. The result is that motion that usually takes a long time, like a flower blooming, takes only seconds.”
Basically a long period of time is shown over a few seconds because each frame gets sped up. The app is easy to use and pretty intuitive. Twitter is going pretty crazy with it now. #Hyperlapse!
