Taylor Swift has always been able to rock the eff out of a sparkly dress or a pair of micro mini shorts (those legs though) but she hasn’t always had the most interesting style, at least not in my opinion. She played it safe – she often dressed either older or younger than her age and she never fully seemed to embrace the fact that she has a supermodel body….until she started hanging out with the supermodels.
While her recent bestieship with Karlie Kloss has almost certainly influenced her now-on-point fashion sense, I’m tracing it back to when she cut her hair. Suddenly this stylish new Taylor Swift appeared where a lovelorn teenage girl used to be. She seems independent and confident. She released one seriously catchy single.
