Another casting announcement has been made forDisney Pictures’ live-action Beauty and the Beast. Shortly after it was revealed that Welsh actor Luke Evans snagged the role of Gaston, the studio confirmed that Dan Stevens has been cast as Beast. Dan Stevens, known for his work on Downton Abbey, tweeted a graphic that read “Beast Mode” yesterday in preparation of the role. Belle herself, Emma Watson, took to Twitter to welcome her co-star.
