Everyone’s favorite part of an Easter basket is that staple hollow chocolate bunny. But how many people can say they have a giant, hollow chocolate statue made in their likeness? To my knowledge, as of a few minutes ago, one.
In an over-the-top, but certainly attention-grabbing, effort to promote its new Drama channel, UKTV had a 6-foot, 88-pound Benedict Cumberbatch doppelgänger made entirely out of Belgian chocolate. And they call it Benedict Chocobatch, naturally. The statue of “Britain’s dishiest TV drama actor” took 250 man hours to make, and looks exactly like the Sherlock star.
