Apple just unveiled the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6S Plus (iPhone S6+), just like we were hoping they would. The new phone remains the same size as the iPhone 6 Plus, but has a lot of updated features and hardware, making it the most powerful iPhone ever made.

First off, no more boring black and white – the iPhone 6s will have rose gold, gold, and space grey options with an aluminum finish. So cute! It’s also covered in new tougher glass, which Apple describes as the strongest in the industry.
Your background photo just got more exciting too. The new iPhones will feature animated backgrounds.
It will also feature 3D Touch, implementing a version of the Force Touch functionality that was first introduced with the Apple Watch and MacBook touchpads this year. Using 3D Touch, you can “peek” at content in apps like email and then, if you keep holding, enter the particular message. You can even check in or update your status on Facebook without fully opening the app.

Selfies are about to get even better! With upgrades to the camera, you won’t even want to use a filter on your photos that have gorgeous color and pixels. The new iSight Camera has 12 megapixel and 50% faster focus. Retina Flash allows the screen to light up 3X brighter when you need to use it for flash. Videos are going to be sick too.
Check out these stunning photos by the new iPhones that were not retouched.
You can pre-order the iPhone starting next week, and it will be available September 25.
iOs 9 is available for download Wednesday, September 16.
