It’s been 15 years since the Disney Channel original movie Life-Size came out and amazingly enough, we’re still talking about it. Rumors of a sequel have popped up here and there, but Tyra Banks has decided to give us an inside scoop on what is actually happening with anticipated part two to the movie that we all fell in love with back in 2000.
Banks told HollywoodLife.com,
We have gotten many drafts of scripts, and the one thing I can say is that to the Disney Channel executives, Life-Size is so precious. It’s like their baby, so they just want it perfect. They keep re-doing it, and re-doing it, and re-doing the script, and we are in another round of redos, and we’re hoping for Christmas 2016.
YAS! Is there any better way to spend the holidays than watching an original Disney Channel movie?
Aside from that, Tyra has been busying planning her return to daytime television, with her new talk show entitled “FABLife,” which she describes as a lifestyle show where she would have everything from beauty and fashion to business and interior design.
Hopefully Lindsay Lohan is on board with Life-Size reboot because that would definitely make this sequel absolutely perfect. How great would it be to see the dynamic duo back together onscreen? One can only hope Life-Size 2 does the original movie justice.
