We’re all guilty of spending a few minutes choosing a flattering filter before posting an Instagram pic – nothing wrong with that. However, I think we can all agree that magazines go a little too far when it comes to reshaping celebrities’ bodies. Just this week, Zendaya called out Modeliste magazine for slimming down her hips and waist in photo edits.
Kate Winslet is the latest star to take a stand against Photoshop.
Winslet is the face of Lancome, and she told E! News that her photos are not to be retouched – it’s even in her L’Oréal contract.
Winslet told E! News, “I do think we have a responsibility to the younger generation of women. I would always want to be telling the truth about who I am to that generation because they’ve got to have strong leaders.”
