There’s a good chance that while scrolling through your Instagram feed today, you saw a photos of a woman with a lipstick print on her hand. It looks like a cute Valentine’s Day selfie, but the meaning behind it is way more powerful.

Tarte Cosmetics and ByStanderRevolution, an organization committed to stopping bullies, teamed up to help create awareness about cyberbullying through their #KissAndMakeup campaign. Since over 3.2 million students are victims of bullying each year, the brands wanted to show that Instagram, Twitter, and other social media sites should be a place to spread positivity, not put people down.

Ready to make your social media page a better place? Here’s how:

Tag a person you want to share a positive message with, write out your caption to them, and post your picture with a kiss stain on the back of your hand. Make sure you tag @tartecosmetics and @bystanderrevolution and include the hashtag #AntiCyberbullying so everyone knows what you’re all about.

Thousands have already participated. Check out some of their photos below.
