When you’re bogged down by mundane everyday things such as work, school and finances, packing up and leaving for your next fancy travel destination gets difficult. Maybe you’ve just returned from a wonderful vacation and you’re lying defeated on your bed, wishing that you had never come back home.
Let’s face it: no matter how much you love your home town or city, at some point during the year, your itch to travel gets exponentially worse. You scroll through endless photos of gorgeous locations on the Internet, on Instagram, really anywhere you can get your hands on spectacular photos of the world, and you convince yourself that you’ll never be happy again. There are so many places to see in the world and, tragically, you’re sitting at a desk writing the umpteenth paper for your professor or boss. You’re bored (and likely very untanned).
Unfortunately, now you’ve opened this article and your wanderlust is only to get worse from this point on. Sorry!
