Tonight, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will take their place behind their podiums at Hofstra University to discuss how they would change America if they were president. How To Live Stream The Presidential Debate On Your Mobile Phone

Tonight’s first presidential debate for the 2016 election is going to be on most news channels in the United States (ABC, NBC, CS, FOX, etc.) which means that you’ll have plenty of options to watch the debate live. In fact, the hardest part about figuring out how to watch the debate will be deciding on which platform you want to see it on. Aside from the typical TV channels, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook will also be live streaming their own broadcasts. Here’s how to view them:

YouTube: Networks like NBC News, PBS, Fox News, the Washington Post, Bloomberg and Telemundo will be offering free live streams on YouTube. The upside here is that you won’t need a cable subscription log-in to watch the debates. Below are each of the live streams for your viewing pleasure.

Twitter: Bloomberg is offering a free live stream of their coverage on Twitter, via the Twitter app or their website. Again, you don’t need a cable subscription for this one, which is a huge plus for all you cord cutters out there.

Facebook: ABC News is the first site to announce they they will be live streaming tonight’s debate on the their Facebook page. We’re sure other sites will follow suit, but if all else fails, head to ABC News.

Official News Network Apps: Aside from that, several TV networks are also streaming the debate on their official apps. Keep in mind though, you might need a cable subscription to watch from here. But that’s what friends and family are for, right?

  • CBS: Head on over to the network’s iPhone app and Android app to watch the action live from your cell. This is perfect for anyone who also needs to be at a bar (guilty).
  • ABC: If you’re not into the Facebook Live thing, ABC’s app is also available on iPhone and Android.
  • NBC: In addition to their official YouTube debate live stream, NBC will be giving paid TV customers the opportunity to tune into their broadcast via the NBC News app. Download the NBC News app for an iPhone or Android.
  • FOX News: Obviously FOX News isn’t going to miss out on the fun. Along with their own FOX News Presidential Debate YouTube live stream (which isn’t embeddable), the news network will also be streaming the debates live on the FOX News app on iPhone and Android.

YouTube: Networks like NBC News, PBS, Fox News, the Washington Post, Bloomberg and Telemundo are all providing live streams online.

Twitter: In addition to airing the Bloomberg coverage of the debates live from the Twitter app, the Twitter website itself will also be hosting the live stream at debates.twitter.com. This will make tweeting snarky commentary 10 times easier.

ABC Live: ABC allows paying TV customers to live stream their content, so if you’ve got a cable subscription, head on over to ABC.go.com/watch-live and enter your information there.

NBC News: NBC.com/live is a great resource for watching whatever’s on NBC, so why not watch the debates there too? The only catch is that you’ll need to login with a cable subscription.
