Judging by the past three episodes of Grey’s Anatomy, we are in for a wild ride. Lots of up and downs.
Last week, we were left with Amelia dealing with the fact that she had a brain tumor that has been growing in her frontal lobe for 10 years. What? She had a brain tumor for 10 years and literally had no idea and she is the Chief of Neuro. Go figure that one out. I’ll wait.
Fans were scared that Amelia wasn’t going to tell anyone about her brain tumor. Thankfully, after Miranda Bailey shut her down, Amelia went straight to Richard Weber. Thank you, Amelia for telling someone. In the meantime, while Richard Weber, DeLuca and Tom, an old teacher of Amelia’s who is the head of neurosurgery at Hopkins, figure out what to do with her tumor. Bailey has a big situation on her hands because Harper Avery, Jackson’s grandfather and Catherine’s ex-father-in-law, is in town to talk about hospital finances.
There was also another heartfelt moment between Alex Karev and Jo! I love them. Jo finally asked Alex to come back home.
At the end of the episode, we see Maggie tell Meredith about Amelia’s tumor and Owen finds out by Amelia. They are both there for her, right by her side.
We can’t wait to see what is in store for Amelia and if you can’t wait either find out how to stream the new episode.
