Since Marvel’s official release of Black Panther on Friday, February 16, Michael B. Jordan’s status as one of today’s most undervalued talented actors is sure to subside. With everyone talking about Jordan’s performance in the latest Marvel comic feature film, his celebrity status is definitely set to skyrocket.
Unfortunately for Jordan, while he’s graced us with his acting chops in films like Fruitvale Station, Creed, Fantastic Four and now Black Panther, Jordan’s private life has been a hot button and at times caused quite a bit of controversy amongst many of his female fans.

In 2015, after being romantically linked to model Kendall Jenner, Jordan was forced to address the rumors yet again. He once again denied dating Jenner and said that the two were just friends. After being romantically linked to a string of white women, Jordan’s dating preference was called into question by several of his black female fans. With many wondering if Jordan really did have a racial preference when it comes to dating he responded in a GQ interview saying, “It’s the world we live in. They see white and black. I don’t.”
