Danielle Fishel won over our hearts in the nineties as Topanga, the uber-smart, picture-perfect relationship with Corey Matthews (#CoreyandTopanga4ever) in the show Boy Meets World. As of recently, Fishel has reprised her role in the Disney series, Girl Meets World, as the wife of her childhood sweetheart Corey and mother of their tween daughter Riley and younger brother Auggie.
On-screen, Fishel is the apple of her TV husband Corey Matthew’s eye. Off-screen though, the 36-year-old has had a few high profile romances of her own.

Lance Bass 1999 – 2000

This is Fishel’s most highly publicized and talked about romantic relationship to date. Her year-long romance with boy bander and N’SYNC pop star Lance Bass. From 1999 until 2000 the couple dated and Bass even took Fishel to her prom. The couple essentially broke up despite Fishel being in love, and six years later Bass came out to the public. In spite of their breakup and Bass’ coming out Fishel and Bass remain close friends and have no bad blood between them.
Devon Sawa 2000 – 2001

Fishel’s next publicized relationship was with yet another teen heartthrob-this time with Canadian native and fellow actor Devon Sawa. Back in the nineties, Sawa established his career as an actor starring in films Casper (1995), Idle Hands (1999) and his breakout role, Final Destination (2000). The couple’s relationship only lasted but for a few months and Sawa has since moved on and is currently married with two kids.
Tim Belusko 2009 – 2016

While Fishel was a student at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), she became a math tutor and eventually met her future husband, Tim Belusko. After three years of dating, the couple became engaged in May of 2012 and were married in October of 2013. Close friends Jonathan Taylor Thomas and former Boy Meets World co-star Ben Savage attended the L.A. wedding. In May of 2016, it was reported that Fishel had filed for divorce in 2015 and the two had amicably and quietly split. The divorce was finalized in March of 2016.

Jensen-Gerard Karp is an American art dealer, producer, podcaster and former rapper. In July of 2017, towards the end of his podcast Get Up On This, Karp announced that he and Fishel were dating. On March 22, 2018, Fishel announced on Instagram that she and Karp were engaged to be married.
