Bedtime rituals are encouraged by sleep experts because having a nightly routine will make your body aware it’s time to unwind and rest. Most people’s routines are turning off their phone, doing their nightly skincare regime or reading a book before sleeping.
But Lala Kent from Vanderpump Rules has a nightly routine that is more juvenile than reading a New York Time‘s bestseller novel. The 27-year-old SUR host prepares for bed with a baby bottle of warm milk, or as she likes to say, her baba.

In a new clip from tonight’s episode, it shows Lala and Scheana in their shared hotel room, the Pump Rules crew is in Mexico for Jax’s birthday. When Scheana asks Lala what’s taking her so long it cuts to Lala pouring honey and milk into a baby bottle. Out of all the girls, Scheana would be the most understanding but even she is horrified at Lala’s baba.
Drinking warm milk and honey is fine, even though it amazes me that this grown woman can drink cow milk and can keep her stomach from turning inside out. But the fact that she puts it in a baby bottle is too much.
If that isn’t enough for you, and it should be, Lala tells Scheana that after she makes her baba she turns on her favorite TV show (which isn’t mentioned because I’m assuming for legal reasons) and snuggles up on her bed with a fuzzy blanket bunched up around her chin so she can suck on bottle’s plastic teat hands free.
Lala says her baba keeps her calm when she is on a low dosage of her anxiety medication. The fact that drinking milk from a bottle like a baby calms her down should be psycho-analyzed. Out of the Pump Rules cast, Lala wins for having the worst case of Peter Pan syndrome, which is saying a lot.

Jax who is almost 40-year-old is still a bartender who cheats and gets blackout drunk. Scheana still sleeps with a stuffed animal and lives with permanent rose-colored contacts in. Schwartz runs at the thought at commitment, hasn’t held down an adult job, ever and only married Katie because of an ultimatum. But none of that tops drinking out of an actual baby bottle.
Now I need to know two things. First off, does her boyfriend or as James would call him, Lala’s “fat man who pays for her rent” make her baba for her? Second, did Scheana tuck her in after she finished her bottle?
