Last week on Riverdale, Cheryl Blossom was whisked away and now we know where she landed, at the Sisters of Quiet Mercy. Toni Topaz is worried that Cheryl hasn’t posted on social media and rounds up a motley crew to go look for her. Honestly. Cheryl deserves better than some stranglers looking for her.
With help from Nana Rose, OF ALL PEOPLE, Toni and Veronic Lodge bust into the creepy manner to locate Cheryl and save her from gay conversion therapy. Oh yeah and Toni and Cheryl KISS! It’s about time!
Archie Andrews, Veronica, Jughead Jones, Betty Cooper, Josie and Reggie go head to head for Riverdale High’s President and Vice President positions. And Fred Andrews decides he’s going to run against Hermoine Lodge for mayor. But too many other things are happening to really care about the election.
The car of the dead guy that Jughead and Betty sunk in the lake was discovered and now Sheriff Keller is asking questions. Dead man’s girlfriend, Darla, who screamed at Betty on the phone wants the $10,000 Chic Cooper owes her. When Betty returns with the cash, the motel bully who Betty pepper sprayed is back and even with the cash, they aren’t going to leave.
Thankfully Jughead and a bunch of serpents show up and take care of business and Alice finally throws Chic out!
Oh and Archie is now in a gang called the Dark Circle and blew up two mobsters cars and threatened them if they didn’t leave Riverdale and Hiram Lodge alone.
This week’s episode is the Carrie inspired musical episode. Veronica and Betty get into it and a threatening letter is sent to the school.
