From storming onto the big screen as Black Panther’s T’Challa to gracing the March issue of Rolling Stone, Chadwick Boseman has had an explosive 2018. Boseman’s success within the Marvel Universe has led to a five-picture deal with the film production company. As of the summer of 2018, Boseman has appeared in Captain America: Civil War, Black Panther, and Avengers: Infinity War–which combined made over $4 billion at the box office. A sequel to Avengers: Infinity War, which will include Boseman, is scheduled for release in the summer of 2019.
However, Black Panther was not Boseman’s first major role. In 2013 he played the iconic baseball player Jackie Robinson in 42. His early acting work also includes appearing in episodes of CSI: NY, Law & Order, and ER. Boseman’s net worth is estimated to be $8 million.

Boseman’s Instagram contains numerous posts with breathtaking stars such as Lupita Nyong’o and Letitia Wright. Boseman and Nyong’o had major chemistry as T’Challa and Nakia in Black Panther and fans have long hoped they were secretly an item. Nyong’o has also raised eyebrows regarding her relationship with another Black Panther co-star: Michael B. Jordan. Yet, Nyong’o has not been in a public relationship since her 2015 split from Jared Leto. Both Boseman and Jordan have long stressed that they are just good friends with Nyong’o.

Taylor Simone Ledward 2015-Present
Theories of a Black Panther power-couple were debunked when Boseman was spotted at the 2018 NBA All-Star Game in LA with singer Taylor Simone Ledward. According to friends of the couple, they have been dating since 2015. Boseman has long been very quiet about his personal life–only referring to Ledward as “my lady” in interviews.

The relationship between 40-year-old Boseman and 27-year-old Ledward has been confirmed by Ledward’s grandmother since the couple’s courtside appearance.
“They respect each other. She’s very happy, and he is, too.” Ledward’s grandmother told InTouch.
Additionally, when a fan posted a comment on Boseman’s Instagram regarding him potentially hooking up with Nyong’o, Ledward’s sister came to her defense, responding: “His real life queen is gorgeous, and together they embody true love. Not to mention they would make some beautiful babies!”
Ledward currently lives in New York. She is a graduate of California State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Industry Studies. While Boseman has yet to make their relationship Instagram official and Ledward does not even have an account–we are keeping our fingers crossed for some of those beautiful babies Ledward’s sister is talking about!
