The two supposedly dated in 2002 but there isn’t much information about their relationship.

At the beginning of KUWTK Malika and Rob Kardashian used to be flirty. Nothing ever happened between the two despite the many rumors.
Adrian Wilson 2011
Malika’s relationship with NFL player Adrian Wilson was a difficult one. Wilson was separated from his wife but they were still legally married. Khloe was uncomfortable with the situation and convinced her friend to break up with the football player.
This all went down with the camera’s rolling on KUWTK and Wilson was not about it. He eventually got back together with his wife and they renewed their vows.
Chinx Drugz 2014-2015
Malika dated rapper Chinx Drugz for roughly a year. He was, unfortunately, was shot in a drive-by shooting.
While she was on Celebrity Big Brother footage of the shooting surfaced. Malika was so devastated by the clip that she was bedridden and called her sister and Khloe for comfort.
Brandon Jennings 2016
Malika supposedly dated NBA player Brandon Jennings for two years. He is also the reason why Khloe got together with Tristan Thompson. He was the one who set them up on a blind date.
They were rumored to be dating but never confirmed their relationship.

Malika began dating Jersey Shore star Ronnie Magro while they were both on Famously Single. The two were together for a few months before calling it quits in February 2017. Malika said that Ronnie was aggressive during their relationship.

Malika started dating rapper O.T. Genasis in November 2017 and they’re still going strong. In September 2018 there were rumors that the two were on the rocks, but Malika flaunted their relationship on Instagram to squash those rumors.
The couple is still going strong.

Malika Haqq is still O.T. Genasis’s girl, though last year back in May, it looked like the romance between them was on the ropes which created tension among fans.
