Move aside, Olivia Sturgess. Taylor Swift has another crazy doppelganger and this time, she’s from the States.
TSM was contacted by a University of Utah junior who totally could have fooled us into thinking she was the real deal T. Swift. Her name is Keitra Jane, and unsurprisingly, she’s mistaken to be Taylor everywhere from the mall to Disney World.
Besides looking eerily similar, T. Swift and Keitra have quite a few other things in common:
– They are both obsessed with their cats.
– They both named their cats after fictional TV drama characters (Swift has Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson, while Keitra is obsessed with her little Marissa Cooper aka “Coop”).
– Keitra is in Chi Omega sorority, aka the ultimate girl squad.
– They’re both slightly uncoordinated (Keitra played a “Taylor Swift doppelganger” in a music video because the director thought she “was just uncoordinated enough” to pull of Taylor).
– They’re both Amazon women (Keitra stands 6-feet tall while Swift is no shorty at 5’10”).

Keitra has been doing some modeling, but looking exactly like the biggest pop star in the world has its downfalls. She’s constantly getting compared to T. Swift, being told she’s a “fatter” Taylor or that she tries to hard. These comments hit hard, especially because Keitra suffered from an eating disorder growing up.
Keitra hopes she can use the attention she gets can help her spread the word to others struggling with eating disorders and body image.
“My dream is to share my story with ED and to encourage others in their own battles,” she told TSM. “Even with young men and women who just struggle with body image. I’ve struggled from body dysmorphia since the age of 10, and didn’t seek help until last year. It’s difficult, and a journey I think a lot of people go through alone and they don’t know that there is help out there.”
