With baby number two for the world’s biggest couple on the way, people are wondering what sure-to-be ridiculous name Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will come up with next. A quick peek at Twitter revealed that South West was the fan favorite for North’s little sibling, but apparently, that’s NOT happening.
Kim Kardashian was the special celebrity guest on NPR’s addictive quiz show, Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me, and she was actually hilarious, a little weird, and super likable. In the interview, she says that she and Kanye haven’t revealed the sex of their unborn baby, but the baby’s name won’t be South because it’s “stupid” and a worse direction than North.
There you have it folks: South is stupid, but North is worth naming a child. So don’t place your bets on the name “South” in your office pool. (We recommend putting money on Kanye, Jr. for a baby boy because we’re sure Kanye would love saying his name as often as possible.)
Speaking of the oldest Kardashian-West baby, Kim K revealed that little Nori has mastered duck face thanks to aunt Khloe, but Kim says duck face is so dunzo. She talked about her duck faces in her selfie book Selfish:
“Well, if you notice that at the beginning of the book, there’s more – no, towards the middle – there’s a lot of duck face going on. In recent years, I’m like too cool for duck face, so that doesn’t happen. But, you know, it’s just really – I mean, I get it. It’s like a bunch of selfies; it’s silly. But it’s all my memories, and I’ve been taking photos – not only of myself – but of just my environment and where I’m at and my friends. I thought it was just – you know, selfies are such a really, like, popular thing right now. And I thought it would be really cool to put ’em all in a book.”
