The great news? There was a musical made based on the best teen drama of all time, The OC.
The bad news? You missed it.
The one-night only Unauthorized O.C. Musical played in Los Angeles on Sunday, which would have felt so wrong if some of the original cast hadn’t been present. Luckily, Autumn Reeser (Taylor Townsend), Rachel Bilson (Summer Roberts), Melinda Clarke (Julie Cooper), Kelly Rowan (Kirsten Cohen), show creator Josh Schwartz, and executive producer Stephanie Savage all made it out for the musical celebration of Newport Beach.
