You’ve never seen a Disney princess like this before.
In illustrator Guillermo Meraz’s interpretations of Jasmine, Belle, and the rest of your favorite Disney characters, the girls look ready to hit the runway. And there’s a good reason: Meraz is also a fashion designer. From looking at his social media pages, Meraz uses Disney princesses, Minions, and real people like model Chantelle Brown-Young and Marilyn Monroe as inspiration for his high fashion sketches.
The Disney princesses are imagined on summer vacations, as ballerinas, and even as Victoria’s Secret models in his imaginative designs, but that feeling that the photo will soon come to life on the runway always remains…and we hope they do! We would totally love these outfits IRL.
