Wait A Sec – Before Brie Larson Was A Leading Lady, She Was A Typical 2000s Pop Star

Are you sitting down? Good. Because Brie Larson is not who we all think she is.

When we think of Brie Larson, we picture an actress who has been underrated for a long time before she started winning every award from the Oscar to the Golden Globe for her role in Room. We loved her in 21 Jump Street and Trainwreck, but Brie Larson is not who we thought she was.

No matter how many awards she adds to her trophy case this year, there is still one thing that should always go to the top of Brie’s list of accomplishments: she’s a 2000s pop star.

In 2005 when “Gold Digger” and The Black Eyed Peas were taking over the radio, Brie Larson was doing her best Avril Lavigne/Lindsay Lohan impression. At only 15 years old, she released her first and only album, Finally Out Of P.E. She actually had a few successful singles including, “She Said.” Maybe you’ve heard it before?

Pretty much, this is Brie freshman year…
