Michelle Obama has created a new anthem for female empowerment, further proving that this First Lady is pretty much the coolest First Lady the United States will ever have.

The First Lady enlisted the help of strong, fabulous pop stars and hip-hop artists in order to get her message across. The song, entitled “This Is For My Girls,” is a rallying cry for the First Lady’s Let Girls Learn initiative, which seeks to break down the barriers that prevent 62 million girls from receiving an education worldwide.

The song features Chloe x Halle, Jadagrace, Janelle Monáe (because it can’t be a true power anthem without her), Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Rowland, Lea Michele, Missy Elliott and Zendaya. The song itself was played for the first time on Tuesday, but will be available for purchase on iTunes starting at midnight on Wednesday.

The artists featured on “This Is For My Girls” waived royalties and fees, so all proceeds from sales made on iTunes in the United States will be given to the Peace Corps’ Let Girls Learn Fund, a fund that helps girls access an education in 35 countries across the world.

“This Is For My Girls” will be performed live for the first time at South By Southwest (SXSW) on Wednesday. The First Lady will also be present to speak about the song and the Let Girls Learn initiative on a panel with “This Is For My Girls” songwriter, Diane Warren, Elliot, Queen Latifah and Sophia Bush.

AOL Makers, the executive producers of the song, will stream the SXSW event at Makers.com on Wednesday at 12 p.m. EST.
