Kendall Jenner Reveals How She Got Her Body Runway-Ready Before The VS Fashion Show

Kendall Jenner has been quite busy on the runways of New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week and just about every other location’s fashion week. However, all that work has left little time for the gym.

“I’ve been really, really bad and I literally haven’t worked out once since the Victoria’s Secret show in November,” KJ tells PeopleStyle. “I’ve been so bad.”

She revealed that her diet has been slacking too (feasting on Fritos Chili Cheese at every opportunity), as she’s spent the past few months since the VS Fashion Show feeling like it’s “vacation.”

While exercise and diet have been on the back burner lately, Kendall kicked it into high gear while preparing to walk amongst the VS Angels. She said she would work out every day – sometimes twice a day, seeing her trainer and then heading out for a run later.

“I love running outside,” Kendall told PeopleStyle. “You can go on a run on a treadmill, but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don’t do that ever [now]. You’re always like stuck inside, you’re always in a gym, or you’re always in your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside … I enjoy it.”

Maybe we don’t have time to work out twice a day like Kendall Jenner – it’s called work, school, and a billion other responsibilities – but it doesn’t take much to lace up your sneaks and hit the pavement. Who knows – maybe KJ needs a running partner?
