It appears that Miley Cyrus’ stint as an adviser to Christina Aguilera’s team has been going so well, The Voice has decided to take her on as a full-time judge.
According to People, Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys are heading to The Voice to be judges for the show’s eleventh season. It was confirmed by NBC that the two new faces will be joining Adam Levine and Blake Shelton in a statement released on Friday.
Miley Cyrus will be replacing the seat left vacant by the departing Gwen Stefani while Pharrell Williams will be replaced by Alicia Keys when the show returns in the fall.
Cyrus took to Twitter to confirm the news with a single, excited statement. You can view the tweet below.

In addition to the statement made on Twitter, the 23-year-old shared a still from this season of The Voice. The star is clad in a rainbow and tear drop print jumpsuit that features a heart panel – because of course she is.
In a post to Instagram, Cyrus shared a collage of herself on the set of The Voice as well as on-location for an untitled television project.

With both Cyrus and Keys joining The Voice, according to The Wrap, this is the first time in the show’s history that there will be an even amount of male and female judges on the panel.
As much as I am not a fan of Miley Cyrus, she’ll definitely be bringing an interesting energy to The Voice.
The Voice airs on Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
