From the royal wedding to attending church with the fam, Queen Elizabeth always has her trusty Launer handbag is in tow. Now Gerald Bodmer, Launer’s CEO is revealing just how much that collection is worth.
He says the company has provided her Majesty with over 200 bags over the years, each worth about £1,650 ($2,346 USD). But don’t worry – she’s not a one and done kind of girl. Just like Kate Middleton, Queen Elizabeth uses the accessories again and again.
“I recently saw her with an old one with a metal-plate structure,” Bodmer told the Daily Mail. “She keeps all the bags and even all the Queen’s Mother’s bags. It’s amazing how they last. They’re structured, that’s our strength.”
