Dancing With The Stars 2016: Switch-Up Week Partners Announced!

Dancing With the Stars is known for their theme nights, but Switch-Up Week is definitely one viewers (and the participants) either love or loathe. Instead of dancing in the pairs we’ve come to know and love over the past few weeks, the stars will be partnered with a new pro (for one week only, thank goodness).

I won’t keep you waiting – here are the new pairs for Switch-Up Week:

Antonio Brown and Karina Smirnoff, dancing the Cha Cha

Nyle DiMarco and Sharna Burgess, dancing the Viennese Waltz

Kim Fields and Keo Motsepe, dancing the Viennese Waltz

Doug Flutie and Peta Murgatroyd, dancing the Tango

Von Miller and Lindsay Arnold, dancing the Jive

Wanya Morris and Witney Carson, dancing the Tango

Jodie Sweetin and Val Chmerkovskiy, dancing the Paso Doble

Paige VanZant and Sasha Farber, dancing the Rumba

Ginger Zee and Mark Ballas, dancing the Salsa

Find out who the cast is usually paired with here.

Personally, I can’t wait for some of these pairs. Jodie Sweetin and Val Chmerkovskiy did a memorable dance scene in Fuller House, so I think this might be the week Jodie gets out of the bottom in scores. And it’s going to be super interesting how deaf model Nyle DiMarco does with Sharna Burgess after it seems that he and Peta Murgatroyd have such a wonderful bond.

As if we weren’t looking forward to this week enough, former Mirror Ball Trophy winner Maksim Chmerkovskiy (yes, as in Val’s brother and Peta’s fiancé) will be the guest judge!

Which new pairing do you think will dominate the dance floor?
